If you are looking for that very unique, one of a kind "closed end" handcrafted rollerball - this is it!

The pen is accented with two spots of turquoise!  It is very typical walnut wood, especially old walnut wood, to have a few small worm holes in it.  This piece was no exception!  I filled the holes with turquoise for that unique accent!

Closed end means it was made without metal components on one end!   The body of the pen is made from Tehachapi Walnut.  This particular tree grows in the foothills of south central California near the city of Tehachapi. The wood is generally a darker grained walnut with beautiful grain patterns.

Without the metal components on one end the shape was slimmed down a bit and is a lighter pen - still well balanced and smooth writing with that unique one of a kind, look and feel.

 The components are rhodium plated with black titanium center band and cap finial.
