Refund policy

Should you be less than satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of date of purchase for an exchange or refund authorization.  You are responsible for return postage costs.  We cannot accept returns on any engraved orders or issue credit for any shipping costs.  The refund will be processed to credit your payment method when the product is received.
